Does your practice over spend on their prescribing budget?

Our advisors can visit your practice to review your current prescribing and spending habits with a view to reducing your prescribing budget and even increasing your dispensary income.

To get the most out of this visit the practice would need to ensure the Lead GP, Practice Manager and Dispensary Manager were available.  PACT data, wholesaler statements, PCO incentives and dispensing target need to be clearly identified.

An action plan will be produced as the visit progresses to assist the practice with their dispensing profit and budget costs. The adviser will be guided by the practice to identify and reach their own personal goals
