Review Your Current Dispensing Systems and Processes

Do you feel your dispensary could run more efficiently?

This visit starts by the adviser observing the dispensary team to establish the present systems and working conditions. Notes will be made of any concerns for later discussion.

Each team member will be given the opportunity to identify in private his or her recommendations for change. The overall aim of the visit is to improve and develop the working environment for the team. A written report will be available on request or alternatively a group action plan can be established on the day.
